Cancellation And Refund Policy

At Gurukrupa Institutions, we strive to provide transparent and student-friendly services. We request all applicants and students to carefully read the following cancellation and refund policy before making any payments.

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

  • Once a student has successfully enrolled in a course and paid the applicable fees, cancellation requests will only be considered under special circumstances, such as:

    • Serious medical emergencies

    • Unexpected relocation

    • Non-availability of the course due to institutional changes

  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to:

2. Refund Policy

  • Registration or Admission Fee is Non-Refundable under any circumstances.

  • Tuition Fee Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the timing of the cancellation request:

Within 7 days of fee payment & before course commencement 75% refund of tuition fee
After 7 days but before course commencement 50% refund of tuition fee
After course commencement No refund
 

3. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer only.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same account from which the payment was made.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–21 working days of approval.

4. Course Discontinuation

  • If a student discontinues the course after admission, no refund will be provided, and the seat will be considered forfeited.

5. Cancellation by the Institution

  • In the rare event that Gurukrupa Institutions cancels a course due to unforeseen reasons, students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or an option to transfer to another available course.
