The Sharada Educational Society was established on February 5 th 2008 to serve the needy and the weaker section in the society. The Society today runs several institutions in medical,paramedical. However the Society felt that human services should be rendered to the people by preparing nurses to meet the health demands and thus the college of MPHW (F) were established.Guru krupa vocational junior college was established in the year 2008 to promote nursing and Medical Laboratory education. Which is a pivot in the health care delivery system and it aids in the progress in field of Medical care.

Professional nurses will need to balance clinical outcomes, functional outcomes, quality of care, patient satisfaction and financial outcomes and nursing administration in traditional and non-traditional settings, as they redefine roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for rendering quality patient care.While the primary role of a nurse will continue to be the delivery of direct in patient care, increasing emphasis must be placed on coordination and facilitation of care through personal and professional development.
